No Soy Tempe (Tempeh)

Naturally Fermented, soy free, gluten free, contains protein and with many more nutritional benefits compared to the traditional soy tempeh. 

The fermentation process to produce Mushroom Tempeh may leave traces of beneficial bitter compounds, similar to the taste of Belinjo.

Application

1. Cut and portion the tempe required.
2. Soak the tempe in water to steam / boil for 10mins
3. Pat dry the tempe and prep as desired
