Fresh mushrooms are grown on demand to ensure freshness and reduce food wastage.  

Shelf life for fresh grown mushrooms is between 5 to 7 days in the chiller, this is dependent on the temperature and loading of your fridge.

The Oyster Mushroom Mix features locally grown, pesticide-free Pink, Golden and Golden Spring Oyster Mushrooms, adding nutrient boost and unique flavors to your dishes.

Pink Oysters, with their delicate, salmon-pink, fan-shaped caps, offer visual appeal and easily absorb complementary flavours. Some says, it tastes like meat. 

Golden Oysters, stand out with bright yellow to golden-orange caps, a velvety texture, and a slightly wavy shape, enhancing gourmet and home-cooked recipes alike with a nutty taste and a slight hint of umami. 

Golden Spring Oysters, unlike their name, they are slightly grayish in color, delicate and mild in taste with a velvety texture, sweet and meaty. The longer they are cooked, the more firm they are.
